These days there is a bewildering choice of resources available to churches from a huge variety of Christian agencies. Knowing which ones are the right tools for the job at hand can be a daunting task, and purchasing the wrong one can put a serious dent in the budget for little or no return.
The Mission Resource team is committed to sourcing and providing the latest resources for mission. We have an extensive range of materials to buy or borrow, and a variety of services provided by the Mission Advisor, your local Mission Networker, or the Young People's Advisor.
If you simply need some ideas, have a chat first with your Mission Networker, who may be able to suggest something suitable.

Heart Mind and Mission UK: A Call to the Churches
This booklet began life in a conference of Scottish Baptist church leaders, aiming to set out foundation principles in mission in order to ground and inspire churches. It is not a 'how to' manual, but explores mission as a lifetime calling for churches.
Although it began life within the church leadership, a radical jargon-free re-write has made it accessible to anyone. A must read for everyone concerned about mission in the church today, and valuable study guide for home groups and leadership teams.
£1.00 each plus p&p
New Direction
A partnership scheme for those beginning the Christian life. The first seven units are designed for those who have not yet been baptised, and can be incorporated into baptismal classes, or used in a partnership mode with a more experienced Christian. The second section, also of seven unit is for those who have been baptised and who want to progress on into church life.
Although designed primarily for use in a partnership situation, the material can be readily adapted for study groups. This carefully balanced discipleship manual can make a significant contribution to the nurturing of mature disciples.
£2.95 + p&p
